淡巧克力戚风[16P]

[size=14px][size=16px]挺喜欢巧克力蛋糕的,但是一直没有可可粉,每次都是用化开的巧克力。这次手边只剩下两小块,没想到做出来是淡淡的颜色,也蛮好看呢。[/size][/size]

[size=14px][size=16px] 3,舀一部分蛋白到蛋黄糊内,翻拌均匀。然后再倒回蛋白盆内,再次翻拌均匀。打发到位的蛋白,是不容易消泡的。混合好的蛋糕糊装入模具,轻磕几下震出气泡。烤箱180度预热,150度中层,烤45分钟,出炉后倒扣晾凉,凉透再脱模。[/size][/size]

[size=14px][size=16px] 2,第一次使用电动打蛋器,高档3分钟左右打发,低档7分钟打发。电动打发速度太快了,一定不要打发过,打过了头的蛋白就不好用了。[/size][/size]
