谷物果粒酸奶[16P]

今天就用美天得到的佰生优自制酸奶机来做一个谷物果粒酸奶。 谷物就选用最方便的即熟燕麦片吧,果粒我用的是杏儿,刚做完杏子酱,正好东西都齐备,而且这样的搭配味道真是和超市卖的谷物酸奶相媲美。
主料
牛奶 (880ML) 佰生优自制儿童酸奶菌粉 (2G)
调料
蜂蜜 (适量) 燕麦片 (适量) 杏子酱 (适量) 杏 (适量)

1准备食材和酸奶机

2把牛奶倒入清洗消毒过的钢胆中

3再放入菌粉

4把牛奶和菌粉充分搅匀

5把钢胆放入主机体中(若是环境温度较低时,可在主机体中加入盖住底部的、温度不高于43℃的少量水,有助于酸奶发酵)

6盖上内盖

7盖上透明上盖,插上电源,提示灯亮

8约6-----12个小时酸奶就做好了(把钢胆慢慢倾斜,表面呈现浓稠状或凝结成豆花状就表示酸奶做好了)

9这是刚做出来的酸奶,冷却后放冰箱冷藏。

10冷藏后酸奶口感和品质更好

11把备用的燕麦片用水煮熟或微波炉打熟;杏子切丁。

12把燕麦倒入放酸奶的杯子,搅匀。

13放入杏子酱搅匀

14放入杏粒和蜂蜜

15搅匀即可
小窍门:
做好酸奶后,吃上几口会有水份析出,这是酸奶形成后,牛奶中的水份被蛋白质分子包裹住,形成相对稳定的状态。当舀出几勺后,牛奶的稳定状态被破坏,水分会析出,这个就是乳清析出。再重新搅匀即可。[/size]
