鲁菜-糖醋里脊 [10P]

[color=#000] 玉米淀粉加入水、半个蛋清、几滴色拉油搅拌均匀(以能薄薄的挂住糊为宜)将里脊条放入面糊里面裹上薄薄的糊。[/color]

[color=#000] 锅中倒入足量油,大火烧至六成热,转中小火,放入挂好糊的里脊条,炸约一分钟捞出沥油。[/color]

鲁菜的特点就是咸和鲜,而糖醋里脊却是另类的一道菜,但却完美的融合到了鲁菜系里

这道菜反而让我想起了自己做不好的糖醋排骨,不知道味道怎么样。本人很喜欢吃糖醋排骨,回去试做一下糖醋里脊
